These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mainstreetscales.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Main Street Scales LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Main Street Scales," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or booking a call with us, you agree to these Terms.
Main Street Scales provides done-for-you website design, hosting, local SEO, marketing automation, and related services to local service businesses under separate month-to-month service plans. Specific deliverables, pricing, and scope for any engagement are set out in the plan or agreement you accept when you sign up as a client — these Terms govern the Site itself and general use of our services.
Our service plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract. Either party may cancel an active service plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, access it through automated means to scrape content, or use it to transmit harmful code.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Main Street Scales or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Deliverables created for a client under a paid service plan (such as that client's own website) are governed by the terms of that client's specific service agreement.
Marketing, SEO, and advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, market conditions, and third-party ad platforms. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, or revenue outcomes.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Main Street Scales LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
The Site may link to or embed third-party services (such as scheduling widgets). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
